 I provide non-clinical health navigation and advocacy, drawing on 20+ years of nursing leadership experience.  This means helping you:

• Prepare for doctor visits
• Organize records and care plans
• Find reputable resources for lifestyle and emotional support

 Nope.  I don’t diagnose, prescribe, or treat medical/mental health issues—so it’s not telehealth or therapy.  Think of me as your experienced mentor and systems guide, but without the clinical side.

No, all services are out-of-pocket.  However, many clients find that navigating healthcare more efficiently saves them time, stress, and potential billing errors in the long run. 

 All sessions are virtual (Zoom or phone).  I work with clients across U.S., including Hawaii and Alaska.

 I treat your information with respect. While this isn’t clinical care, I follow best practices to keep your data secure and confidential. 

 I don’t typically call on your behalf, but I’ll provide scripts, guidance, and tips so you feel confident tackling appeals, scheduling, or billing disputes yourself. 

15% of proceeds—sessions, memberships, and subscriptions—are donated to youth mental health via the Lumani Health Foundation.  So you’re also paying it forward.
